In my long experience of renting, I have never come to know a better property management. And Blake Demale the top notch, finest manager that you would ever want to have. He is always right there to answer your call and problem solve. If you’re fortunate to meet up with Joe Stokley out of his busy day. he’s a nice man too! Believe me, you can’t go wrong joining the many happy people doing business with Stokley’s Properties management I found it a reassuring and pleasurable experience.Why not take some of the stress out of your life?

I have been a tenant with Stokley Rental Agency for almost 6 years, residing in two different properties. Initially, my experience with the agency was fantastic. The owners of the first property were exceptional, promptly addressing any issues and conducting regular inspections. However, my opinion of Stokley took a drastic turn when I decided to move to a larger house to accommodate my growing family. Upon applying for a new rental property with Stokley, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Despite paying the deposit and first month's prorated rate well in advance, it was a struggle to obtain our keys on the actual move in day. We were passed around from one property manager to another, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we were not given a move-in walkthrough, leaving us unaware of any existing property issues. The agency's lack of responsiveness continued throughout our tenancy. Maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored, with one request taking over a month to address. This was particularly frustrating when a storm caused damage to the property, leaving our fence in disarray and posing a safety risk for our young children. It took significant effort on our part to finally have the issue resolved. To add insult to injury, we were unexpectedly served a notice to vacate within 30 days, as the property owner decided to sell the house. Stokley offered a prorated amount to vacate before the 30 days were up per the owners request, but failed to fulfill their promise. It became evident that Stokley prioritized their own financial interests over the well being of their tenants. What disappointed me most about Stokley Rental Agency is their negligence in screening property owners. While tenants undergo an extensive screening process, including background checks and deposits, Stokley does not seem to exercise the same diligence when selecting property owners to manage. This lack of accountability leaves tenants vulnerable to potential issues beyond their control. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against renting from Stokley unless you personally know and trust the property owner. Stokley's disregard for their tenants concerns and financial security is evident.

My mom and I are completely satisfied with the Stokley Properties team. We have 2 duplex’s that are fully serviced by Stokley. Jill and Adrianne meet our monthly needs very efficiently. They are on top of taking great care of the properties. We also work with John the project manager along with Justice Construction. We are doing a full remodel, inside and out, of all 4 units. 2 units have been completed. They look amazing!!! Justice is easy to work with and the quality of their craftsmanship is top notch. We have had covid challenges along the way. Shiela and Jill had given us very helpful suggestions to get us through that difficult time. Shiela knew the right contacts to help us with the challenges we were facing with 2 difficult tenants. Jill and Shiela we always respected by the tenants. They have empathy but are firm and knowledgeable about all situations. Miranda is also very knowledgeable about the business. We had a lot of money flowing in and out because of the remodel. She always knew what was going on with our account and was always patient with me in explaining the monthly statement when I had questions. The company has weekly meetings to go over everything that is going on with their clients. The Stokley group is well informed about all the aspects of their business. Customer service is important to them. They want you to be 100% satisfied . We give them a 5 star rating.

I recently started renting with Todd Burgos of Stokley Properties in Walnut Creek. It has been nothing but smooth sailing. The application process was seamless, and Todd is always available to answer any questions or assist if necessary. He’s been an absolute pleasure to work with, and is clearly an asset to the Stokley Properties team. The online portal is a great tool to track account balances and make any maintenance requests should I need to. I feel like I’m in great hands with this property management company. Really looking forward to continuing my relationship with Stokley Properties.
